Getting started

Getting started with the Complete Telecom VideoConnect service is simple. All that’s required is a HD webcam, audio device and PC/Laptop or Apple Mac and access to the internet (ideally bandwidth of 384Kb/s or greater. Once signed up to our service you click on a URL link, download the client software, login and you are ready to go. No need for IT people to be involved, no need for special room based systems that people need to travel to and no need for reservations and dealing with scheduling changes.
