Complete Telecom offers a feature-rich, scalable and flexible hosted Telephony and Contact Centre solution, powered by Intellicom (a Complete Telecom company) and branded Complete CallConnect Cloud.

CallConnect Cloud provides you with all the enterprise features and functionality you would expect to help increase efficiencies, boost productivity and improve the customer communications experience with your organisation.  Unlike competitive alternatives, our unique telecommunications platform provides access to these features out of the box and with a simple licensing model.  Features such as Unified Communications, Remote Access, SMS, Email and Audio and Video Conferencing are available as standard and at no extra cost to you.

A hosted system negates the need for your IT staff to maintain an onsite PBX or contact centre – all you need are network attached IP Phone handsets which will connect directly back to a highly secure, highly flexible, multi-tenant centralised software-based phone system hosted within the core of our network. All standard and most advanced phone system and contact centre features are supported and offered on a per seat basis for a fixed monthly service rental (excluding call charges).

As well as being supplied as a full solution for a new office installation the service supports many brands of IP phone handsets for any customer who may wish to migrate from their existing onsite IP PABX solution but who want to reuse their existing handsets to minimise cost and disruption.
