The methodology chosen and extensively utilised by the Complete Telecom Project Management Office (PMO), is PRINCE2. This methodology is sensibly adapted and tailored to manage the variable levels of risk, scale and complexity associated with any individual project.
The Complete Telecom Project Manager (PM) will co-ordinate a number of further Team Managers who will supervise the individual work packages for each stage of any signficant Installation project. The Complete Telecom Project Manager will co-ordinate Team Managers from within Complete Telecom, the customer organisation and from any relevant 3rd party suppliers or vendors. The Complete Telecom PM will also act as the single point of contact for the customer during the life cycle of the project. This will be identified in the Project Organisational structure developed during the initiation stage.
Installation and Testing for any project is carried out by the appropriate number of qualfied and experienced staff drawn from a large pool of regionally based engineers and consultants. Many of our engineers have qualifications and accreditations unique to the industry in Ireland and we ensure team members are trained and kept up to date with developing technologies and services from all of our suppliers and partners.
For any signficant Converged Network infrastructure or Telecommunications connectivity project key acceptance testing criteria are developed and agreed as part of the initial project plan sign off stage. As installed documented is created and delivered and all key customer data is held securely but accessibly for any contracted ongoing support and maintenance.
