Job Information

This person will work with our support team and provide first line support through our Network Operations Centre and manage communications with customers and vendors.

The role will include :

  • Provide technical assistance to our external customers
  • Provide technical assistance to engineers when they are on customer sites.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Use in house tools to track and log calls
  • Use Network Management Tools to troubleshoot Complete Telecom network issues
  • Assist in Network Operation Centre activities
  • Generate notifications on planned network activity
  • Generate network reports on an on-going basis
  • Occasional on-site work

  •     STP, VLAN
  •     HSRP, VRRP
  •     Switching and Routing
  •     BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
  •     VPN, IPSEC, SSL VPN
  •     Voice & Video over IP
  •     Firewall technologies
  •     Authentication, Authorization, RADIUS
